The Uranidae family is comprised of day flying moths - and their dazzling beauty rivals their butterfly cousins. This moth carries more "pixie dust" than any other species or moths that we have worked with.
Urania Ripheus is by far our most popular moth - and for that matter, one of our most popular species. It looks fabulous as a clip or stem; however, please note that it is not as durable as some other species; if you are looking to accentuate that special occasion, that won't matter much but if you are looking for a butterfly that will last more than just a few occasions, this is not your best choice - consider the Charaxes or Phoebis family butterflies if you are looking for strong durability.
