SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Most orders can be processed within 2 weeks. Some orders may take longer so please allow Wings & Things 3-4 weeks to ship all orders - Custom Mounts or Collector's Mounts will take longer if we do not have a perfect specimen of the species that you are looking for. If your order will take longer than 4 weeks for any reason whatsoever, Wings & Things will notify you at our earliest convenience. Please note that no orders will be processed until funds clear so if you order by check, you should expect an additional delay. IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER PROCESSED AND IN YOUR HOME BY A CERTAIN DEADLINE, let us know and we will make your order a priority so that you will have the display on time for your special occasion. Depending on your deadline and the size of your order, we may charge a processing fee for expediting your order.


RETURNS: Displays

First of all, we are committed to making sure that you have a wonderful experience in purchasing from our store. Wings & Things always recommends getting insurance for your purchase - if you want insurance, make a note of this in your order request and we will make sure that your order is adequately insured. Our return policy is different for different purchases.

Our COLLECTOR'S MOUNTS are guaranteed to have all antennae intact, to have correct and accurate genus/species information, and to be exactly what you wanted it to be - a "no strings attached" guarantee. Damage caused by shipping & handling will be covered only if you purchase insurance for the mailed item.

Our PREMIER MOUNTS are of the highest quality and come with a money back guarantee IF the specimen or display is damaged in some way - minor scratches, cracks, or nicks excepted. Damage caused by shipping & handling will be covered only if you purchase insurance for the mailed item.

ECONOMY MOUNTS are sold "as is" - there will be no returns accepted by Wings & Things. Damage caused by shipping & handling will be covered only if you purchase insurance for the mailed item.

If you wish to return any item, you need to notify Wings & Things within ten days after you receive the item and mail the item back to us in unused condition within twelve days after you received the item and we will replace the item or return your money (subject to the terms described above). Please note that a restocking and shipping and handling fee of 15% of your total price of the returned item will be retained unless you are returning the item for replacement in which case, you will only be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Wings & Things. If Wings & Things determines that the imperfect display or imperfect specimen was not the result of shipping and handling or your handling of the product, Wings & Things will offer an in store credit in an amount equal to the cost of shipping and handling.

Wings & Things always recommends getting insurance for your purchase - if you want insurance, make a note of this in your order request and we will make sure that your order is adequately insured.

CLIPS & STEMS are sold "as is." However, if you are unsatisfied with a glossy coating and if there is no picture of the butterfly with a glossy coating, we will replace the butterfly with a butterfly of equal or lesser value or with a natural clip of the same species - you pay S&H on your end and we will pay it on our end. Damage caused by shipping & handling will be covered only if you purchase insurance for the mailed item.

If you wish to return a clip or stem for reasons described above, you need to notify Wings & Things within ten days after you receive the item and mail the item back to us in unused condition within twelve days after you received the item and we will replace the item or return your money (subject to the terms described above).
